Honor him below!

Really? No one wants to honor McGinley?

I'd say the world doesn't appreciate the great Stan Gable enough, but he was already on Dancing with the Stars. How much more can we honor him?

My friend Jamie met Ted when he went to the Baseball Hall of Fame Inductions in Cooperstown earlier in the year. Ted was buying beer at convenience store. Jamie said he was a really nice guy, and friendly as hell.

Dammit, Anderson!!! Ted McGinley's rep for being the ultimate show killer is probably going to fuck up this site. CHUD's days are numbered.

I liked him on Scrubs and those Miller Lite commercials.

He was pretty good on The West Wing as the political talk show host.

I'm sick of people attributing Married With Children's decline on him. Steve Rhoades was only on the show the first four seasons, and left just as the show was really hitting its stride.
Jefferson Darcy was the perfect sidekick to Al Bundy, i don't give a fuck.

McGinley has aged wonderfully, and doesn't look all that different from his Revenge of the Nerds days. All other actors should take notes and stay jealous.

I've spent most of my life assuming that Ted and John C. McGinley were brothers, but I've never been able to confirm it. Am I actually wrong about this?

THey did 168 episodes with him so if it was a decline it was a long. And they really should have picked a better person at jump the shark because he always lasted a few years on a show and wasn't instant death.

My appreciation thread is better. If you wanted a better response you should have found a sexier shot.

I've had something I've wanted to get off my chest for a while, but there's been nowhere even semi-appropriate to do so until, weirdly, this thread showed up. Anyway, here goes;

Amanda Bearse is one of the least fuckable women in TV history. Her and Loretta Swit.

You aren't her type either.

Wasn't she one of the girls who got vamped in Fright Night?

Back on topic-Ted as Ace (the photographer?) on Love Boat was like ice for the Titanic. Was he also on Happy Days toward the end?

Yeah. He started around the same time that the little girl from Poltergeist started showing up.

He was Howard and Marion's nephew.

Roger. But you can't really blame him for Happy Days. Ron Howard leaving should have been the end of the show, but they wanted to keep that gravy train rolling so they brought in Roger the nephew who would be working with the Fonz once the Fonz became a teacher. Wow. As I typed that out I tried to figure out how any of this seemed lilke a good idea at the time and I just can't.

Cousins, I believe.

My brother is a medium acquaintance of his (had a few dinners together) and said he is an A+ human being.

I've been watching a bunch of Married... lately, and Cocoa is right, he's the perfect Al Bundy sidekick.

Um, Amanda Bearse was hot as fuck in the dancing scene with Chris Sarandon in Fright Night, and then after she was turned.

"Don't you want me Charlie?"
