Yeah ... I'm not quite sure exactly how you were supposed to solve it, but I did it anyway! I put the answer(s) in invisotext below in case somebody doesn't want to get spoiled.

The two quotes (from Jaws) are, "We're gonna need a bigger boat" and "Smile, you son of a bitch".

The answers: HEAT & BRODY, COIN & WOO, BATMEN & SINISE, GLAU & FOG, GREEN & ABE

I didn't realize you mixed up two quotes as well. I couldn't figure out any order of words that would make sense there and eventually just gave up and enjoyed the rest of my Friday.
