Tvbythenumbers actually pegs the Chuck back end order at 11, bringing it up to 24 episodes. This is all based off what Chris Fedak told the cast and crew though so I guess take it with a grain of salt. The official press release just says "full-season".

Good for Chuck, but freaking Outsourced is screwing around with my Parks and Rec, and I don't like that at all.

I like how ABC says, "Yeah, we moved the show around the schedule and the ratings just weren't there." Maybe because people couldn't find the damn show because you kept moving it?
