Gotta agree with the patchiness of Eastwoods directorial career (although I'd add High Plains Drifter into that greatness list).

...and really Dre, Paranormal Activity 2 still would have cost 20 mill? From the trailers it looks almost as simple and housebound as the original - dear gods where would all that money go?

I'm watching an interview with Cecile de France right now. It has been brought up multiple time that Clint likes to do 1 take and be done with it. Having been reminded of this, does that explain why the child actors in Gran Turino were so exceptionally bad?
