Does anybody have any tech advice for getting pictures and videos off a Samsung Strive phone? I found a USB cable that fits it, but whenever I plug it in, my computer recognizes the device but won't pull anything off it. AT&T, of course, offers an online media storage service for an extra $10 per month, and I suppose that would do it, but shouldn't there be a simpler way to get things from one device to another? Is there a hack or software I can install on something?
