Terrible idea. It's like the Boy Who Cried Wolf. Now when the real zombies attack people will think its just viral marketing for a tv show.

Ha. Not Philadelphia. The planners of this event probably figure Philly is crammed full of the walking dead as it is... or else that it's simply not safe for zombies on the streets of Killadelphia.

Kinda wish there were dates to go along with the cities....but I guess that's not "viral" enough. Or something.

Im still amazed some gun nut whos several cans short of a six pack hasnt turned one of these zombie wlaks into a shooting spree already.

Are there different dates? That might explain why I didn't see any this morning-- I figured they were all today, and that meant that the San Francisco zombies must have slept in, lazy sods.

Actually, I'm not sure. It's hard to get specifics for this. I think they might be trying to do like "surprise" zombie gatherings and then have word spread through twitter/fb etc
