Eh, the pedigree sucks mightily but I'm not against another Chainsaw movie. It's one of the more amusing disposable horror franchises (first film obviously excluded) as far as I'm concerned. Plus, considering the quality of the last four installments, it's not like Twisted Pictures can fuck up THAT bad. I agree that something more original would be preferable, but money talks and that ain't gonna happen. If they're going to milk a franchise, I can think of worse ones than this.

Frankly, I'm more interested in a TC7 than a Paranormal Activity 3.
