Voted. Wasn't offered a sticker. Therefore the system is broken.

In '12 I better get a Tootsie Pop or some shit.

I got some funny looks when I laughed extremely loud at the sight of Alvin S. Greene on my ballot screen. It echoed through the gymnasium. I had completely forgotten he was still running.

I remember him being all over the local news here when he beat Vic Rawl in the Democratic primary in June. I had forgotten all about him as well.

I stayed home sick (finally caught a fucking cold), lying in bed and eating a sandwich while my roommate went to turn in my absentee ballot for me when she left to vote. Votin' American Style.

Princess Kate, The reason anyone should want to join the Tea Party is, if a person wants to live in a constitutional democracy, the agenda set by...President Obama, Speaker Of The House Nancy Pelosi, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, needs to be defeated. The major thing that...Must be repealed is...Obamacare. More unemployment will occur, and people will end up spending...More, money for their healthcare if this...Crap, is not reversed.

Pop Zeus, Anathema is a...negative thing. President Obama being re-elected is...Anathema to me.

I nearly voted for him just for the hell of it because the Republican stronghold of South Carolina usually means my Libertarian votes are the purest form of expressing my dissatisfaction with the current two party system. At least in GA there was a feeling someone might get elected.

Took me all day to get down to our town's late Catholic school's gymnasium, but, as always, I was in and out no problem.

New York moved from the traditional(and kinda fun) lever booths to Scantron sheets this year. Thankfully didn't get any shit from the machine for not fully filling in the bubbles like years of school standardized tests have explained to me.

I was able to avoid my temptation to vote for Rent Is Too Damn High guy. Or for someone else from the party running against Gillebrand. Our Governor and Senate races will likely be blowouts, so I was more open to the idea of blowing my vote on a joke candidate like assholes making Sissy Spacek prom queen.

It wasn't until afterwards that I had a couple of realizations. 1) No sticker, but being a straggler might account for that. 2) It wasn't until reading this thread that I learned that any referendums were on the back. Though I'm not sure if there even were any this time around.

Local library, first time voting there. Pretty easy experience. Couple of pleasant old ladies selling cookies and candy. Kinda adorable, actually.
