Facebook Changing Its Rules Again?

I wasn't sure where to post this - it was here or in the Catch All - but I was wondering if any Facebook-savvy Chewers know if FB changed the way blocking someone works.

Previously, blocking someone meant you can't see them at all - not searching for them, not when they respond to friend's Wall posts, not even in friends' Friends list. Sort of the whole point.

Imagine my shock at seeing the comments from someone on my blocked list to a mutual friend's post. I checked, and I can now see them on the friend's list.

WTF?

I only have one person blocked on fb. She only has one mutual friend, but I can't find her to save my life. Might be a momentary glitch.

A friend of mine found something on FB's help center saying that "sometimes" a blocked person's comments might be visible, with their names in black type. That's what happened. Hopefully, it's a temporary glitch and will be fixed soon.

Facebook doesn't know if they changed their rules. One of the reasons I gave up on the whole thing and deleted my account, meager as it was.
