Tzu, stop attempting to be funny and go solve the dang puzzle.

Seriously though, while there is apparently nothing wrong with being a vegetarian, I don't get it either. Elisabeth however, is one of my new favorite treasures here.

Agreed on Elisabeth, she's fantastic. Her articles are always great. Although, I'm not a huge fan off B&M, but she's forgiven for liking it, and for being a vegeterian.

Red meat gave me horrible migraines, so I'm much better to be around as a vegetarian.

I still want to switch. The few times I've done it, I felt great. Then I inexplicably go back to frozen food and processed junk. Kudos for keeping it up.

The closest I have ever gotten has been dropping the vast majority of my red meat and pork consumption and upping the fish. A patient had inquired about the diet Eat Right for Your Type and I do not comment to my patients on things I have not been willing to try myself or products I do not personally own.

So basically my blood type is a big fish consumer. Red meat accelerates the aging process according to the diet and so I did a modified fast/detox program that we take groups of patients through occasionally. After that I began to eat fish for the first time ever in 30 years. It took a little bit to get used to but now, outside of hamburgers, I couldn't tell you the last red meat I have eaten. Outside of sausage I haven't had any pork steaks in awhile either. For the few months I was eating a pure fish/chicken/veggie healthy diet I felt good and some inflammatory processes I recognize in my body were absent.

Now I eat way too much other crap and need to actually take myself back through that program and get back into better shape.
