Personally I enjoy watching movies that are similar to outdoors. I like to amp up the atmosphere if it's Christmas in the stores and on the radio. Ditto for summer films right around Memorial Day. Usually it's right when those seasons are starting. Other times, I watch movies that match my emotional/intellectual train of thought. So maybe it's more of a random choice that's guided by how I'm feeling.

How do you justify watching a movie?
