I associate Joshua Miller with Halloween III.
I redeem Sebastian with Splice.
And Andrea is now Re-Animator.

Yeah, couldn't find the draft thread but this is from the discussion thread:

Part of this may come from the fact that I saw it for the first time on a crappy TV where all the night scenes were nigh-unwatchable.
ETA: It was Chris Kent

Andrea Rothe I, and I suspect many other readers, associate with the Dirty Harry movies.

And I knew there was no way Rath would have picked that.

I now associate Diva with Google.

Andrea, or Elisabeth?

Also - and it's mainly because of his tattoo - Alex will always be associated with THE THING for me.

Elisabeth Rappe. My bad. Rothe I associate with great masses of pubes poking out of a bikini.

I am a proud 3D Revolutionary, but I'd be truly honored to be known as ALEXANDER 2004's great champion. It's a remarkable film, and I will continue to advocate it's case till my dying day

I did not mean to suggest it was obsolete, I just see people talk about the new ST as 'NuTrek', and so in the interests of remaining concise I said old BSG. I'm more than happy to refer to it as BSG Classic though, going forward

PS I am sorry that I was not able to match more people up with the film that best represents them. I feel like alot of what informs some peoples selections took place before I got to the board, and so I'd need to spend more time here before I was able to offer up a compelling choice for Chewer Movie for most people

Tati is DEFINITELY 'El Aura'. I can't believe that I missed that one. That's still one of the best films that I've seen in years.
I would like to rescind my earlier, mean spirited post about Kate and what movies I think about when her name comes up.

She actually makes me think of She's Having a Baby. Why, you ask? Well, if you remember that particular film, Elizabeth MacGovern spent most of the movie pregnant. Therefore, she had...

Wait.

Wait.

No period.
Oh, yeah, Raspberry Leper, you remind me of Mark Harmon in Summer School. Why?

Because you got NO CLASS.

...shit, that doesn't work. does it?

On topic: Giant Baba - Dawn of the Dead. If only because saying something positive about the Snyder remake guaranteed a massive board meltdown from the guy. Good, good times.
Ben "Medium Sackley" Thomas = Gone Baby Gone.
Shit, I do not talk about my obsessive love for Ginger Snaps often enough anymore. WEREWOLVES and stuff!

Also, I haven't thought about the glorious Peter Karrie debacle in ages. That was truly the stuff of legends.

While we're reminiscing: Countess Anna and Van Helsing, anyone?

Oh lord! The photo of her in the costume is forever burned in my brain.

I have fever dreams of Duke Fleed and Countess Anna meeting. Their inevitable love would produce Viceroy Flipper Baby.

Oh and back on track: nobody asked but I'm sure I talk up Explorers and Conan the Destroyer far too often for my own good.

Yeah, that's pretty much the truth. If there's any movie the entire thread agrees is great, it's Black Rain.

Which is interesting because I watched Silver Bullet on yours and Rene's recommendations. I'd have figured They Live would have been "my" movie. Or Quiet Cool.

Who I associate with:

Rene - Leviathan, Predator 2, Licence to Kill, Batman, Red Heat

Erix - Ricochet, Cliffhanger, After Hours, Quick Change, Watchmen, anything with Michael Keaton

Elvis - anything with Mel Gibson, Risky Business

Moltisanti - anything Michael Mann, anything with Dolph Lundgren (especially I Come in Peace), Stone Cold, anything Peter Hyams, The Hidden

Dr. Dean - anything Michael Mann, Miami Vice

Keith F - Extreme Prejudice, Shakedown

Paul McCartney - anything with Bruce Willis

I have no idea what movie I would be associated with.

I am guessing ones I have worked on or shot in NOLA.

But personally: The Tomas Crown Affair - original.

B-Movie Thread as Black Rain I love.

Moltisanti will always be The Expendables for me.

Anderson, Unless, you were in my parent's apartment in...The Bronx in, 1967, you had nothing to do with my being born.
