I think Donnie Yen should be as famous as Jet Li. He has the martial arts expertise, a great screen presence, and can speak English much better than Jet due to the fact that he used to live in the U.S. with his mom. American audience just need to see more of his films to start appreciating his talents.

Yen's been lurking just under the edge of making it here in the US (small but memorable roles in Blade II, Hero, Shanghai Knights), but he really deserves a Jackie Chan level promotional push for an English language action flick.

That trailer's a whole lot better than the godawful pile of shit Well Go made to promote the first IP MAN. Credit is due for showing real improvement; hopefully this does well for Variance and Well Go.

Just recently watched IP Man and really enjoyed it, and I want to echo the Donny Yen love. The wobbly table sequence in the trailer looks like a showstopper.
