The actors behind TV's creepiest family unit are headed for divorce


Pancakes!


Weird timing here. Hall has been battling cancer since January, and the article says they hav been living apart for a while now. I hope that he was not abandoned just because he grew ill! Whatever happened to "in sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live"?

PS I gave up on DEXTER mid way through the fourth season, but I wonder how this will effect the show. Seems like there are bound to be on set tensions!

I gave up on Dexter in the middle of the second episode. Mainly because of Carpenter's annoying presence.

I read ahead on the board for season five spoilers, found out Laguerta was still alive and just couldn't summon the will to continue on

I love Hall in the role and certain other aspects of the show, but it was becoming a slog

Hm, my loathing is centered around Dexter's wife and kids, Laguerta and the rest of the cops he works with. Deb is actually one of my favorite female characters on TV. Very relatable

I will some day. When I gave up, there had been something else from NETFLIX I wanted to see instead and I didn't feel like waiting till I managed to make myself get through DEXTER which would have taken a while given my interest level in the show at that point

So I will return to it at some point obviously, but probably not for several years

EDIT: I've read the spoilers about who dies, and even that doesn't really pique my interest at this point. Those people should have died many seasons back.. seems like a case of too little too late
