Richie. Be nice. It's Snyder's Pan's Labyrinth. I'm just glad that he let me know that the world was stylized. I was unclear on that.

I could do without the Nazis and dragons, but the robots and samurai's (and robot samurais) own me. I'm having a hard time knowing how baldly exploitative this stuff all is and yet still finding the skimpily dressed girls in too much make-up sexy. Especially that High School Musical chick. She just looks so devious. God, I'm simple-minded.

I'm not even a Snyder hater yet I seriously dislike everything I've seen of this. It's just so damn overwhelmingly recycled that it's tiresome to look at.

And to think he pitched this to the studios as "Alice in Wonderland with machine guns"... And they bought it.

Looks alright. I just found out a few days ago that Snyder did that Owl movie.. wtf?
