Perfectly put. I too used to get annoyed at the direction his career went, but now I'm just grateful that someone so bonkers is so inexplicably famous.

I found that even his performances were getting boring, not just his career. That's why I'd pretty much turned against him before BLT:POCNOLA. For me at least, it really was specifically that film that turned me around on him again. He was fun crazy, and not glum crazy, and that made all the difference

I really hate BKD, so I am not exactly sure that I'll enjoy this flick when all is said and done, but at least I no longer groan when I see his name come up attached to new products

A Millennium film set in NYC starring Nic Cage and directed by Simon West. The only question is where it will be filmed: Detroit, New Orleans, or Shreveport.
