So far it's alright, it;s definitly not great but it's not horrible. It is cheasy but it's entertaining. I already hate those two sucubi girls, they are very annoying, stupid, and ugly. Tomez seems like he will get more and more annoying as the movie goes on. It is a Clive Barker movie so it sohuld get better, I hope.

man i hated that!
Why does every sci fi film have the same exact cheesy look? Like the same lame cgi guy on EVERY scifi movie or show. That was weak, cant believe I passed up jackass the movie for that!

'Saint Sinner' should have been a much grittier film. The past should have been expounded upon. An expansion of the Nicodemas angle and a more detailed history of Munkar and Nakir. Although I'm not sure why those names were used for succubi...
Munkar and Nakir were/are two angels who test the faith of the dead in their tombs.
I will say that I thought the sculpture used as their dormant state was beautiful.
The whole childbirth/'Alien' thing at the end was unnecessary. Neat looking little monster but it lent nothing to the story. It could have, as the ramifications of either of the succubi bearing child was mentioned briefly under the rollercoaster.
Over all I thought that the time constraints of a 2 hour basic cable movie limited what should have been a mini-series on HBO.

1. Succubi voices that both sounded like that moose woman wrestler. Chyna/Chinna/Chynna? God please, that was absolutely horrific.
2. So the whole big problem with the movie was the succubi going back and populating the world with their brood. And one of them actually manages to crank a puppy out, and all you have to do is throw it across the room and you'll never have to even mention it again?
I can't believe I put off writing crappy horror short stories to watch that...

ok, ive taken your thoughts into consideration and went to see the jackass movie for a totally fair comparison. I can say now, that I would much rather watch Jackass The Movie while getting punched in the face, say every 7 minutes, than watch saintsinner again.

The succubi could have been more interesting if they were intelligent and sexy, instead of wretched slimy zombies. I didn't really understand what they were all about. What did they want? To take over the world, or just wander around sucking people? Why was being pregnant such a bad thing? What was that monster baby and what was it going to do besides eat its mother? Where did it go? Was the other sister going to turn the detective into a new succubus? If so, why?
Their voices were definitely manipulated to sound lower. Interesting effect, but it kept throwing me off. Whenever I'd hear one of them from offscreen, I thought it was a man talking.
I liked the photography and the two lead actors (The monk and the detective). But I can't really recommend the movie.
