I'd heard the Eddie Bunker/Runaway Train story before, but not in his own words or in that much detail. Trejo's a fascinating guy, very much into his causes (animal rescue is another big one for him). Nice work.

What a personable dude. And the thought of Trejo having his mother scold him for not getting a proper job as she makes him lunch is all kinds of sweet and funny.

Tito Larriva told me that story earlier this year and said to watch CHAMPION. Danny Trejo has an incredible history and personal story. His focus on helping others is truly admirable. He deserves absolute respect. Also, the guy's a fucking badass on the silver screen.
