Were you aware of this?

Obviously, I think that both write-ups can peacefully co-exist on this great big internet, but it kind of surprised me, nonetheless.

No I wasn't. Madness! Although Devin and I were at the same screening he mentions in his piece and we both gushed over the film afterward. So I'm not surprised he felt compelled to write it up too. Not even surprised that its coming from the same "through the cracks" angle. Though his certainly makes mine seem like a half-hearted toss off. Epic!

I vaguely remember this movie, Is this one of those movies that gets stuck in music rights limbo for years? (netflix doesn't have it)

It was on DVD back in 2000. Out of print currently. I don't think there are any music rights issues, though I'm not really sure.
