What are the specs for AB's 25th Anniversary Ed. of Halloween?

Anchor Bay's website has nothing on the subject, and all Ive heard about the disc is that Criterion is supposedly working with AB to make sure that the commentary track from the laserdisc is going to be on the DVD.

Does anyone know what the full specs are going to be?

Full specs have not been set in stone yet but all the Corner knows is that the Carpenter/Curtis/Hill commentary on the Criterion laser will be on the disc as well as the AMC Backstory special. The rest is fuzzy right now.

Hopefully the film will be the extended version with the "made for TV" footage. Ive long thought that the 2 big scenes that were shot for TV are of great importance to the film.

Without those scenes, we would never have learned why or how Michael Meyers escaped, why the patients were wandering around the grounds, and how hard Dr. Loomis tried to convince the staff at the hospital to better secure Michael.
