THE INK DRIES ON THE MAP TO PIRATES 5

Well...on the bright side at least Geofferey Rush has a steady paycheck coming...that's good right?  I'm pretty sure I'm the only person to actually enjoy all three Pirates films but this is getting ridiculous.  It's just as you say Elisabeth, there's only so much you can do with these films and they are really gonna start reaching for fresh plot points by the time the fifth's gonna roll around.  I wonder how long it's gonna be till the innevitable Jack Sparrow get's teleported to modern times story rolls around...actually I think I might dig that. Do that Disney!

eh, the first two were great, the third was less so, but mostly due to bloat.

I'd say the lack of Bloom and Knightly and the addition of Ian Mcshane makes this something I'll be half way interested in. (in a cheap theater kind of way)

I still say On Stranger Tides looks dangerously bland. Then again, I found the first Pirates to be semi-boring and tend to find Dead Man's Chest to be the best of the 3, so what do I know.
