ARNOLD WILL BE BACK

Wow... With Wings as Eagles, huh? He's had this one on his back burner for almost a decade now. I know he was tinkering with an adaptation of "Sgt. Rock" for a bit and had a potential remake of "Westworld" on his plate. The latter could have been a great one for him to take on. I've been an Arnold fan since I was young and I'd like to see him return. An Expendables 2 co-star role I think would be fun.But I'm not sure about a full on lead role again. However, I'm there opening day regardless!

It’d be great to see Arnie back on the big screen, though I could see it as becoming a ‘rock and a hard place’ situation where he’s too old for/gone past action, yet with a big question mark over whether he could pull out the range for meatier roles. With Wings as Eagles sounds like a good choice that might sit between the two.

Longer term though, I doubt he’d do more than two or three movies. This is the first time we’ve had any solid details on any post-Governor movie work, and I get the impression his interests are too diverse nowadays for him to fully jump into the Hollywood machine.  

Well, if it's anything like the script it will rock.  I think The Expendables may just be a more certain route to success, but I wouldn't mind a tad if I got both.

I've been hearing about this and Crusade since forever, it seems. And I never liked the idea. Even when it first came out.

Crusade is dead, dead, dead. Sadly but its time is well past.

I concur about Arnie's output over the last decade its sad and safe.

With Wings would make sense for rebuilding and showing a different side I just have a hard time seeing it happen.

Expendables 2 on the other hand...
