When Mark and Steve, two slackers whose only direction in life is the
downward spiral the universe has put them in, discover a dead body in
their apartment they do the only thing they know how to do - avoid
responsibility. They embark on a quest to dump their problems onto
anybody else they can, picking up new and more horrible troubles every
step of the way. Sex, drugs, musical montages, and a pile of bodies
make CORPUS KRISTI a dark farce in the vein of ARSENIC AND OLD LACE,
MALLRATS, and THE BIG LEBOWSKI, spanning the continent and about 90
minutes!

Thanks to all who have taken a look so far. This user review sums it up a bit differently than the synopsis: 

‎"This is a very, very funny movie... not recommended for children, your parents, old people in general, watching at work or for people who are easily offended by profanity, amorality, gratuitous drunkeness, jokes about death, jokes about corpses, jokes about roofies(given to corpses), drugs, bongs, gratuitous slapstick fighting, gratuitous low-rent gore, cunnilingus and Canadians"
