Neal McDonough looks like a great Dum Dum.

 

I had a few Howling Commando issues but what I remember him most from is the Godzilla books. Come to think of it, this would be the perfect opportunity for Gareth Edwards to bring Godzilla back into the Marvel universe. Now there's a crossover!

I'd be thrilled if they gave us some little post-freezing denouement with "Dum-Dum" and Howard Stark that has them approached about forming a li'l group called SHIELD (might even be able to claim that the acronym is inspired by Cap).  But I'm a Marvel nerd like that.

 

PS:  I will only accept Godzilla as a Marvel Universe movie if it has both Dum-Dum AND the Shogun Warriors in it.  For mad bonus points, set it in the early 1970's as an "in-between" Cap and Iron Man movie.
