Were your questions the one in white text (generally directed at Elton John)?  It seemed like that was where the most substantial responses came from.  Would've been really cool if you got to do another one-on-one.  Even when you cut stuff out in the transcription, there's still so much fluff.  "Do you do any gardening!?"  Heheheh

 

As for the gnome fad... the only thing I can think of is the globe trotting gnome in Amelie.  That was about 11 years ago, right?

I've got a really cool 1-on-1 coming up in the next couple days with Marti Noxon, who's one of the writers of I AM NUMBER FOUR. Bascially, we talked about the industry and her writing process.

That's interesting, because I was just having a conversation with a friend last night about piece about James Frey's "Fiction Factory" (from which I AM NUMBER FOUR came).  That's an aspect of the origins of the project that would be fascinating to ask her about, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.  Hahaha...
