Not quite as hypnotic as threeframes.net, but I think I like the overall effect better.  That one of Ludivine Sagnier is just... wow.

The two from The Shining stand out for me. I imagine Kubrick could fill an entire site with these by himself. But all of these have their appeal. Great link.

I love the suspense I get out of the more subtle ones.  WHEN'S IT GONNA MOVE!?!

The real trick is that the images are manipulated, so only portions of the frame are in motion. I'm a fan but it's a little too obvious on some, where the film grain isn't moving in most of the image.

I just realized that I've been to this site before, and I have to assume that it was through CHUD.  It looks like they've only gotten better and more ambitious at doing these since the last time I visited.
