The Art of Video Games

No, this is not another thread about video games as art!  The Smithsonian is going to hold an exhibit on the evolution of games as art and they're asking people to vote on which games to include.  You're a nerdy, gaming bunch here so I'm sure your opinions would be welcome.

No Ninja Gaiden for 8-Bit? That game pretty much invented cutscenes as we know them.

On the flipside, Phantasy Star IV is mentioned for 16 bit. Which is awesome.

This exhibits already sounding spectacular.

The choices and genres in the poll are bizarre. Ikaruga is represented for Xbox due to XBLA but its a port of a 2002 dreamcast game...

The DC port was never officially released here. The Gamecube port was, but sold dick. The XBLA version is when it got popular.
