Megan Ellison is a golden goddess.

The Jonze+Kaufman pair would be my favourite filmmaking team working right now if the Coen Brothers didn't exist. And even then the Coens may only win through seniority. One way or another, we need LOTS AND LOTS of Kaufman. So glad to hear he's got multiple projects on the boil.

Has the Andrew Dominik film been reported on here, because I totally missed it if so. Either way, that cast if fucking bonkers.

Seriously, I don't want to hyperbolize, but Megan Ellison might be the greatest person to ever have lived, behind maybe Ghandi, MLK and Yaphet Kotto.

Theory: Megan Ellison was bored sitting on piles of money all day so she decided she would test the world of online movie geeks to see if their passion for movies outweighed their moral fiber. She went to a movie website, and created a fake persona that was eccentric and bizzarre, but ultimately harmless to test these people. She called herself "Princess Kate" and she came to CHUD to perform this experiment. She was met with much hostility and unneccesary anger, but ultimately the better people on the boards prevailed, and she rode off into the sunset with billions of dollars to fund the CHUD-munnity(TM)'s dream projects.
