What kind of car do you drive?

Nice write up. Have to say, Keaton was pretty good in The Other Guys. But would definitely love to see him in more films...

Oh, I fucking hated that movie so much. After all the damage his offensive and selfish ineptitude caused I was baffled as to why someone didn't put a fucking bullet through Garcia's thick, stupid skull and that of his piece of shit son.

I've always had a soft spot for Desperate Measures.  It's pretty close to being an actual, good movie.  And yes, Keaton is the main reason I have so much good will for the film.  The car chase is pretty good too (and not all that over-the-top either).  There are definitely some script problems, but I've seen lesser action movies get passes on that sort of thing.

As far as Keaton's career goes, I thought Game 6 was pretty good.  He actually directed The Merry Gentleman, which I've never seen (it's streaming on Netflix).  The reviews were solid for that one.  Also, he signed a contract with HBO, which could either lead to movies or a TV series.

I saw this is in the theater and felt embarrassed for Michael Keaton for being in it and myself for buying a ticket. Fucking dreadful movie.

This is really too movies. One is a really cool thriller with Michael Keaton. The other is a Loony Tunes Comedy with Andy Garcia's dumb retard face filling the screen every moment as he gets punched in the face or has something thrown at him....

Solid B film. Loved it.
