CAPTAIN AMERICA THROWS SHIELD

Hey, balls, why so blue?

Looks good. There's a visual "pop" to those short snippets. Does anyone know what explanation they're going with for why the shield can work asa boomerang? I was always confused by the science of that.

Gabe T, Cap's shield bounces back to him, because of his secret training with...Minnesota Fats (Billiards Player)!  Bank Shots, were...Easy after that!

Maybe he throws so fucking hard it comes right back.

Science shmience... if the shield didn't come back to him he'd spend half the time walking around to pick it up off the ground. Dude knows his geometric angles, that's enough for me.
 

Didn't Stark Industries have something to do with its creation in the Marvel-Movieverse? I had kinda assumed "science" was going to be its explanation.

Pretty sure Howard Stark is involved with designing the final suit and shield.

I hope the movie doesn't skimp on the shield tricks. Cap's shield SP-TANGGGGGing off of everything and then returning to him is one of the coolest things about the character. You can also create a lot of visually interesting action scenes with that gimmick.

My reaction to this can be summed up as, "DUDES WITH FLAMETHROWER ARMS". Thereabouts.

Can't wait for this one, And that "skinny Steve" is a great effect. Still impresses me.

Maybe Bucky is his shield caddy?

The snippets look really fantastic.  Hope the film lives up to them.
