I'm still holding out hope that she realized that the best way she could get headlines would be to cater to the crazies. I mean hell, was anybody talking about her BEFORE she became this crazy? I'd spout any insane rhetoric if it would get me a book deal!

I love the Muslims being brought into this. As if the belief that I want some Pakistani immigrant to be able to practice his faith without fear of getting hounded by psychotic people completely rubs up against me also wanting my girlfriend and I to be treated as fucking equals.

Basically she needs to be punched in the throat...hard.

I just finished reading "Live From New York".  I like to think the abuse heaped on Jackson by Nora Dunn and Jan Hooks, when paired with Lorne Michaels' bizarre psychological warfare, drove her slowly insane.

I also think that "conservative" wackiness is the hail mary pass for people who crave attention but aren't famous anymore.  Example: the lesser Baldwin.

I guess it's sort of base and simple-minded, but the first thing that comes to my mind when I see crazy ass Victoria Jackson, is how much I miss hot ass Victoria Jackson. I totally had a thing for her and the whole squeaky, ditzy thing before she popped up again all bloated with triple patty cheeseburgers and insanity.

I can hardly bring myself to be offended by her racism and homophobia, not because it isn't offensive, but because she's clearly a very ill woman. Not simply a woman with unhealthy and ugly attitudes, but a legitimately disturbed person. Frankly, I feel sorry for her and for anyone that can listen to her for more than a minute and not realize that she has a problem.

At least Phil Hartman isn't around to see what's become of his former co-star.

She was already clearly a fundamentalist nutball back when she appeared on Politically Incorrect, like Christine O'Donnell. I guess it was just harder to notice people like that at the time because all they were good for then was being the token right wing punching bag on that show.

She's not crazy... she's just nine years old.

How do people whose brains function like this make it through the day intact?  As I've said before, it must be like going through life lightly concussed.
