This article made me wax nostalgic like a motherfucker. What's sad is that I've seen this hundreds of times, and not once did I ever ponder this poor guy's plight. NOT ONCE.

 

I guess I'm part of the problem.

Trapped in the Popcorn: A 12 part Hip-Hopera by R. Kelly was the only thing I could think of after watching this.  I need a vacation.

Me too. I used to work at a UA theatre and never once considered that this guy was even trapped. Let alone being stuck in a never ending cascade of popcorn.

I always used to think, "Sir, there's a Negro* in my popcorn!" when seeing that bit.
