WHY CAN WE SEE HIS TOES.

It's sort of a silly complaint, but they really draw attention to themselves, don't they? And what does that mean his groin area looks like?
 

 

Aside from the frog toes it looks pretty good.

Ken Savage, As, Hal Jordan is the only...Human Green Lantern, maybe the...Eye Mask, and the Webbed Feet are supposed to make him more alien, so he fits in better with the rest of the Green yet...enLIGHTened Lantern Corps!

 Not bad. Not great either. That bright green mask is still distractingly silly-looking.

I always wonder why they don't bother going for more dynamic poses.  It just looks like such a 'photo shoot.'

Product Placement?

The mask still looks terrible, and seriously, WTF is up with the toes? How does that costume design survive this late into post production? As of right now, I really see Green Lantern being a distant third to Captain America and Thor in the superhero movie race this summer.

This was my first thought as well.  Slap some boots on those bitches.
 

 

If GL's got webbed feet, does that mean that WB will have Aquaman wearing space-cop boots?

I'm still looking forward to the movie but the suit design is odd. The mask should not have been CGI. With a lot of concept art there are always weird designs the production doesn't use. But  some of the stranger stuff found it's way through on the Lantern Corps suit design.

The toes! This idea ranks up there with the Batsuit nipples. Take them the fuck out, you hear me, Campbell?

I get it, on a conceptual level I do. It's a part of his body, an extension of his being, etc., etc, that's all fine, but it does look a wee bit overthought. What I find most interesting is that it seems like they're hiding the film's villain, Hector Hammond. I love Peter Sarsgaard, but he looks absolutely ridiculous. I don't know what the fuck anyone was thinking when they gave him that hair and mustache.

Wow, I actually saw the Toes and thought it was kind of neat, though completely inconsistent with the rest of the costume. And the mask sucks. paste something on their, cause the CGI looks horrible.

 

still can't wait to see this movie though, no matter how much they try otherwise.
