Have vampire films run out of steam?

With so many vampire films comming out each year, good and bad (mostly bad). Do you think we have reached a point where enough is enough? Or is there still room for a good vampire film? I think there is, but I think we need a return to scary vampires.

i really loved Daybreakers. I loved the return to monsters and gore. Let the right one in was also excellent, and once again proves that Hollywood needs to wake up nd take notice of these smaller projects happening. The only problem I had with daybreakers is that it was shot where I live, so it was weird seeing buildings I walk past of work in in a vampire film.
