That FvJ review was sacthing! I saw it yesterday and had a lot of fun. It seems like your expectations must have been astronomical. What saved it for me was mine were low probably.
Your review is valid, but this was never a film that would stand agains say, Los Sin Nombre aka The Nameless. FvJ was a stOOpid popcorn muncher that would hopefully have 1)plent of blood (which it did) and 2)me gratuious nudity (which it did)
As for Katherinne Isabella's "assets" being featured so prominently, well THAT's the type of film this was/is. Her complaints, well, I will call her a waaaaambulance. She could have NOT taken the role right?
Anybody who thinks this film was going to come out and be a 10/10 film was deluding themselves. Hell, more than half the films of these franchises are complete crap anyway.
