Oh no!

I may actually be dragged to this.

And now I know...

We had crappy movies like this in the '80s, but they were rated R, and had nudity. Spoonful of sugar and all that.

I'm sure I'll stumble upon this in one of my Sundays Of Romcom Shame. It's nice to see that it will keep good company with the likes of Leap Year and Life As We Know It.

When you make a romcom, aren't you supposed to make the characters likable? I couldn't even really get behind Ginny Goodwin because she was such a doormat, liar and homewrecker that all of her natural bubbliness just got sucked out of her. And Egglesfield...what a fucking pussy. Wanted to punch that guy in his stupid, two-timing face. Maybe they deserve each other in the end.

You know the only one who deserved a happy ending? John Krasinski. Who was the only one who didn't get a happy ending? John Krasinski. God dammit.

Thankfully, I didn't have to pay to see this in a theater.  A couple of friends (ladies, if it isn't obvious) Redboxed the blu-ray and made me watch it!

They hated it.  YES!

It also prompted me to search for this thread to go back to Renn's review and Doc's post.  I read it out loud for them.  Hahahaha.  They pretty much agreed with everything you guys concluded about the film.  ESPECIALLY about the Tom Cruise-clone.  Thanks for not backing up my opinion that the guy reminded me more of Wes Bentley, RENN!!!!!!
