Good call on American Astronaut. I was trying to describe that movie to someone the other day and the best I could come up with was 'Eraserhead meets Moon'.

 

I'd like to add that anyone planning to watch Eraserhead should really take pains to ensure an uninterrupted viewing experience. Lights out, phone off, sound loud. Or if at all possible, on film in a big creepy theatre.
