That's the first trailer for a big studio movie that made me laugh out loud in YEARS.

Charlie from IASiP, Michael Bluth, & Colin Farrell in In Bruges mode with a dash of Wendell Pierce? Where'd this movie come from?! I want it NOW.

From the (co-)mind of Sam Weir.

Looks okay. I didn't laught out loud, but the pants squirting bit and Bateman's delivery of the Prius line got a chuckle out of me. More than either Spacey or Aniston* , Farrell feels like stunt casting (it feels very Les Grossman), but it does look as if he's really embracing that very, very rare comedic role, so good for him.

*This is probably going to end up as one of the maybe 3 or 4 decent films in her CV, so good for her. Also, I have to say this, I may not care for Aniston's films or think a hell of whole lot of her as an actress, but Christ on a crutch she is a sexy woman, been so for years. The kind of sexy that makes you go stupid when she crosses your field of vision.

Mmm, I'm gonna be a prude here, but, um... along with the above picture, wasn't there a lot of stuff in that trailer that ensures it shouldn't be a green-band clip?

Nah, that's pretty tame stuff by today's standards.

Ditto. Recently trying to watch The Other Guys reminded me that I find very few modern (post-2000) Hollywood comedies funny. Sometimes I worry that I'm losing a sense of humor, but then I just watch In The Loop and all is well.

Also, this trailer (along with Office Space) may indicate that Aniston's true wheelhouse should be workplace comedies, not the rom-com stuff she usually pumps out.

Glad to see Aniston's playing against type here. Some good players in there as well. Bateman (as much as I like him) is not beyond faulty taste, but I'll check it out based on potential.

SWIMMING WITH SHARKS meets THROW MOMMA FROM THE TRAIN?

I was thinking about that, and that was probably exactly how it was pitched. What would be funny, sort of, is that if some loon goes on a shooting spree in the work place a few weeks or days before the release of this film, thusly causing the studio to brick. The concept feels so ripe for that perfect storm of media witch-huntery that happens every now and again. Also, and it looks like they're playing on it in this film, it's very difficult for me to imagine why Aniston's employee would want to kill ker. Any other dude, married or not, would postively leap tbuildings in a single bound for the opportunity to smash. Maybe it's just me.

This is why I would take her over Jolie. That will be chapter five in my book: Decisions I Will Never Have to Make.
