That's what I'm wondering, too.
I'm hopeful it's the movie in five parts rather than five different versions of the movie. I know Scorsese is certainly game to challenge himself, and that's great, but remaking Taxi Driver completely with an annoyingly itchy stipulation sounds exhausting just once, let alone five times. I know von Trier has a reputation to push people, but I can't see him being that vicious since the guy takes scheduled nap times while shooting his movies now.
Also hopeful that this becomes kind of a regular thing for von Trier with different filmmakers. My dream choices would be Werner Herzog and Michael Hanake.
