NBC CEASES WONDERING ABOUT WOMEN

Based on the fact that I never heard anything but terrible news about this, it's probably for the best.

First the news about The Five Obstructions and now this? What a comeback Alex, you're the bearer of good news.

Thank goodness.  It looked awful.  Hopefully the pilot will leak so we can all have a chuckle.

I for one am SHOCKED.

This was getting media attention, but it was all derisive laughter at the poor decisions going into the script and costume.  It looked like TNT's "Witchblade," only with lower tier casting and more trying too hard. 

For the below the line people, it sucks to have to look elsewhere for a job, so I sympathize with them. That said, I am very, very happy about this. I would rather one of my favorite characters just stay out of the wider, more popular media, than be positively stripped of her potential by people who don't understand the character, don't care to, and from what it looked like, didn't have any good ideas of their own.

But...but...I wanted to watch it and mock it mercilessly, dammit!

if there ever was a need for the return of MST3k, this would have been it. Lucky for me all the old ones are on my Netflix now so I may bask in its glory whilst ignoring the drivel that is network tv.
