Absolutely.
Wahlberg is perfectly thick, Chow cute and funny (and awfully good at hopping around while bound and gagged), and it's the combined apex/nadir of Phillips' career.
Even the stuff I didn't much care for (like Gould and his vomiting) is sufficiently off-the-wall that I at least give it credit for trying.
Oh, and for the talkbacker that asked: China Chow had a promising role in the early part of season 1 of Burn Notice, but the character got written out after that.
