You read the excerpt, now read the review, and wonder if it's too late to get into stuntwork.

A Vic Armstrong biography? Just what I need to further demonstrate how boring and devoid of accomplishment and adventure my life is.

Nice review for what looks like a must have book.

I want to hear what he has to say about his adventures and dish a little dirt on actors/directors etc, but I'm also very curious about his opinions on the CGI thing, other well known stunt guys, and the Asian influence over the last few decades (no idea if he talks about the last two)

Believe me, stelios, I felt like a big fat failure as I read it!

Disciple, he doesn't get into Asian stuff much -- there's one remark about Tony Jaa films being far superior to anything we're churning out at the moment, but nothing beyond that.  (Although he rips on McG quite a bit for his initial Matrixesque version of Charlie's Angels.)

Thought here was a good place to put this article:

Hope they get that Oscar category, these guys deserve some frigging recognition.
