I remember having this taped as a kid, but it crapped out just before the big reveal at the end, thus causing me to try and search this out to finally see the main villain.

 

Ahh the disappointment. Good luck on Mission to Moscow, you'll need it.

It would seem that Police Academy 6 would be the nadir for any "intellectual" human accomplishment, wouldn't it?

PA6 was the first movie I ever saw at a drive-in, as a little kid. It played before the main feature, which was Batman. For that reason alone it'll always have a special place in my heart.
