Hmm, I was disappointed to see the web shoot out of his wrists.  

I think that in addition to the financial part a lot of the porn guys have jumped on this because of the fact it actually lets them play in a more "legitimate" field for a bit. Stretch their legs a little. I figure there must be a couple of guys going "I can't believe I actually have to think about proper blocking and lighting and costumes. It's so cool!" 

I still don't understand how this is legal. How doesn't every single one of these films get sued? Also that directors name rang a bell and that's odd considering a director is not something im paying attention to when it comes to porn. I think he is the one attempting to sue all of those people who downloaded his batman parody on bittorrent. 

I think that as long as you're doing it as a parody and there's effort made to ensure that the consumer cannot get confused between the two you are clear.

Axel Braun is a big porn parody director.  He directed that  3D Avatar porn, the Batman XXX porn, and most recently the Ghostbusters 3D parody.  I think he's pretty much the go-to guy for Porn Parody Direction these days.  And yeah, I think he's trying to start a movement of anti-piracy of porn.

I have the Batman and 3D Ghostbusters on Blu-Ray and they're actually pretty funny.  They go over well at parties.
