Julie Newmar actually did appear on the show, voicing Martha Wayne (along with Adam West as Thomas Wayne!) in the episode "Chill of the Night!" about Joe Chill. The episode also featured Kevin Conroy as Phantom Stranger, Mark Hamill as Spectre, and Richard Moll playing both Lew Moxon and returning to the role of Two-Face. It's nice how the show pays homage to both Batman's comic book history and television history.
