Its not quality Carpenter, thats for sure. But it still beats THE WARD.
There's at least a bunch of action. Recognisable Carpenter touches. I keep forgetting that Jason Statham was in this as well.
All in all, I didn't hate it like a did a few films this Summer. But it definitely doesn't hold a candle to his PRINCE OF DARKNESS/IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS/THE THING set. Wouldn't mind watching it again though.
