The Title of the Movie as dialogue - Page 2

June Carter's, "You can't walk no line" in Walk the Line works well enough. It's not exactly the title, and segues into an important song and montage.

Just saw "Above the Law" for the first time and it had one of my new favourite examples of movie title as dialog: "You guys think you're above the law. Well, you ain't above mine.I wasn't so keen on the title being brought back in Seagal's final dialog over the closing credits, but it made sense and didn't feel awkwardly shoehorned in. I just felt it took a little bit of novelty out of Seagal's quote having the line repeated again (although it was said at least three times in the movie).

"Who are you guys?"

"We're the Ghostbusters."

Yeah, it's said earlier than that, but man, what a great moment. You always hear talk of putting a button on scenes in writing classes; that exchange is a hell of a button for the whole movie.

"Mr. President, terrorists have taken over Mount Rushmore! What are we going to do, sir?"

"Get me The Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants!"

...still funny, Moltisanti...

I'm Batman.

I'm Batman Returning -discarded

I'm Batman... ...FOREVER - discarded because Jim would say "BUT YOU'LL DIE! DIE OF OLD AGE! ALLL RIGHTY THEN."

I'm Batman... ...AND ROBIN -discarded, but Joel pleasures himself to that line.

Actually there was a line in Batman Forever that went like, "I fell... forever"

And I think there was a line like "so this is the end of Batman & Robin" or something like that.  That video on the last page was pretty cool a good chunk of those lines I either missed while watching or didn't even think about.

I liked the mini-run John Candy had going on. Also, this is moment in time when Goodburger and the Godfather were featured in the same video, as equals.
