Yeah, that happens when you're comparing a girl who's 15 to a woman who's 25. Chubbier face and makeup can go a long way.

 

She's hot either way.

I was looking for photos that are more recent "younger" photos of Fox and came across these. She kinda looks like Olivia Munn in the early ones (circa 2005). Honestly, I don't think she's had any facial reconstruction, save for maybe plumping her lips. But she's definitely gotten a boob job. Her before and after pics are way too dramatic.

I think those pics show she's obviously done something to her lips, lost a lot of weight (too much?), and I thought maybe she had a nose job, but maybe that's a result of the loss of weight.

 

I have to say, she looks pretty in all versions. That last pic in your first post, she does look somewhat older than 25 though (almost 30).

I've never been in direct contact with a Real Doll, but they sure look the same in pictures.  And I bet they never babble on the Internet, post inane Facebook photos, or have weird water ripple foreheads.  Advantage.

I don't know about her boobs but there doesn't look like any face work to me. Her lips aren't that much different from the first 15 pic to the 25 pic and her nose in the second 15 pic is identical to the 25 pic.

 

The differences are 10 years, lighting and make up.
