Sadly, I think we all know that as soon as a studio sees a parody trailer for an infant body-swapping CGI dog comedy starring Eddie Murphy get 1 million hits, that fucker will be bought and greenlit.

Indeed.  Also, while the site seems to be down (be it at the moment or permanently), someone has already done this.  Teaserland.com started up last year.  I only know of it because Bloody-Disgusting posted the fake trailer that Jaume Balaguero made for an Exorcist 5.
