Totally love those old H-B toons in a nostalgia kinda way, which actually led me to see the live-action SCOOBY, SMURFS, and YOGI in theaters. I'm a sad manchild, but atleast I can hide behind the human shield of my 7 year old daughter when I slink into these viewings. It's gotta be the properties, because I didn't care for CHIPMUNKS or GARFIELD on dvd or even see MARMADUKE. UNDERDOG was ok. SPEEDRACER was good.

LAND OF THE LOST was the tits though. Left the daughter at home for that one. No animation translation there though.

Is Eddie gonna do a Scatman impression or sound like Donkey? I demand answers!!!

Darkmite8, The reason I skipped the live action...Scooby Doo, is they tried to make him a real dog.  The same happened with Underdog!  If Penry walks, talks, and knows Kung Fu, albiet a clumsy varient of it, then I will see the film in theaters.  Brendan Gleeson should be...Sarge!  Zooey Deschanel for Rosemary!

Uh, I don't know what Scooby-Doo movie you were watching but despite everything they did wrong with the film itself, they most certainly were NOT trying to make him a real dog.

I blame choices like this for us forgetting to put Beverly Hills Cop on the Funniest 100 of the 80s list.

User_32, I wasn't watching...any Scooby Doo films. In the trailer for the live action film,  Scooby Doo, looked too different from the cartoon for my tastes.
